I would expect the shop owner Steve to acknowledge their customers when they walk in, I also expect the receptionist to be more than a messenger, my car has been in and out the shop for the past year for a water leak but every time I get it back there is another issue. For instance, I got my car back with the rear view camera not working at first I was told by Steve that they did not touch the wires but when my father went up there to drop off the vehicle he was told different plus the water leak had not been repaired as promised the first two times. I also would not like to be told by the receptionist that the work done on my vehicle is a courtesy because of their mistake. Overall I would just like to be treated better I did not ask to be in this position and it’s not nice to be told by the owner Steve “ I’m tired of working on your vehicle”
