Thank goodness for Connelly Law! My mother lives independently and we want to keep it that way. However, every month, I need to run to the bank because of overdrafts, lost ATM cards (which they are now charging her an arm and a leg to replace), bills not being paid, oil not being delivered - you name it. RJ did my estate plan so I called his office and asked if they could help. I found out that their fiduciary team does daily money management for those who need it or people or businesses that want it. They now handle all her bills, accounts, monitor deposits and I also know that they are on top of anyone seeking to scam her. For me, not spending so much time at the bank is like having a week's vacation every month. He and his staff are understanding, aware of senior concerns and always willing to answer any questions I have. My only question is -- why didn't I do this sooner? Thanks RJ!
