MTP called me after I found them on Angie's list. I explained the problem and was given a timeframe for a plumber to come out. Mark arrived within the hour. Before he even entered, I was impressed that he put covers over his shoes to protect my floors. He took his time assessing the situation and tried plan A - the easiest and less expensive method to unblock my very blocked water pipe. When that didn't work, he went to plan B which required more time and work. He explained every step to me and quoted each plan before starting, requiring that I agree in writing to the terms. Mark protected the area with special mats and was completely successful in restoring my flowing water. From the initial call to the finished job, everything was done in a professional and considerate manner. I'm keeping MTP's number for future use and I'm recommending them without hesitation.
