I had the inner labia reduction procedure done at Dr. Aguirre's about 8 months ago. After doing some research, I found his practice to be one of the only clinics to use the cauterizing method (instead of a scalpel). Because he uses this method, and because of how precise and meticulous he is, there was little pain and the healing was relatively fast. I have literally no scars. I am so glad I had this procedure!! I am 50 years old, and very active. But my labia was effecting my active lifestyle. Namely, biking. I couldn't ride without my "parts" being very sore, as my inner labia was protruding so far out that it would rub and get very irritated. Not to mention working out or yoga, where I literally had a "buldge" in my pants because of the labia being so enlarged. I was so self-conscious! It would even rub against my thighs when I walked. I was told by a general doctor to wear supportive underwear. Which didn't help much, and I didn't like doing. Now I can ride my bike with no pain, and wear my yoga pants with no worries. I'm so glad I spent the extra time and maybe a little more money to have this procedure done, it was so worth it! Dr. Aguirre is personable, professional, funny. The staff are also phenomenal, every last person, even at the front desk. Dr. Aguirre is an amazing doctor, somewhat of an artist at what he does. I would recommend him hands down, no question if you want your quality of life back and are considering any type of reconstructive procedure for your "lady parts". --from Claudia C, Arvada, Colorado
