Troy and Michelle came out to give us a bid and were prompt and friendly. Troy climbed up in the attic to look at everything and suggested we needed dampers on each line to better control heat/air to the different rooms. Funny, neither of the other bidders mentioned this with one saying the lines were ran incorrectly and he would need to fix them and the other contractor wanting to install a larger unit. Troy even mentioned that our current unit was more than enough based on the square footage. Troy was very thorough and mentioned the different benefits of the dual-stage preferred grade Bryant products versus the single-stage legacy line. He was never pushy and said he would price both products and leave it up to me. When leaving, they said I would have a bid the next afternoon and they kept their promise. The bid was very fair and well laid out with the different options for two new ac units, furnaces, wifi thermostats and whole house air cleaners. They were very prompt responding to my questions via email and over the phone. They said it would take two days and it sure did. The installers were great and even laid down covers to avoid tracking stuff onto the carpets. They did a great job cleaning up as well. The two back rooms that were too cool in the winter and too hot in the summer are very warm on these colder days. I have the heat set two degrees lower than the old system and the back bedrooms are so much warmer. We couldn't be more thrilled with the entire process. I highly recommend Advantage Air and am very happy we chose them to install our new systems.
