Businiess name:  Ballard Brothers Seafood & Birgers
Review by:  Sarah P.
Review content:
If you've ever been to the Summer Solstice Festival, you've probably either tried a Ballard Brothers Salmon burger or at least felt some food envy toward another person carrying one of these gigantic burgers. They are oozing with deliciousness, blackened on a bun with aoli. After three years of lamenting the fact that they only appeared at the Solstice, I found out that they had a regular outpost on 15th Ave NW in Ballard. Hallelujah!!! As well as Salmon Burgers, which are their specialty, they have an incredible selection of their NW take on American traditionals like the BLT with halibut, Chicken burgers, grilled cheese, Tillamook of course and patty melts. They also have a pretty good fish & chips option, though I'd say go for the salmon burger every time. There are about 10 chairs around a smal counter, but no tables. Best to carry out. Go hungry and you'll leave happy. This is the best $6 burger I've ever had.
