They came out and repaired our boiler in December and they told us to start getting estimates because there was small leak, he went into detail about rust, truth is we thought it would make winter, we did not.our CO detector went off on Sunday, the fire department came out and shut it off and said we have to get it checked out.Northern Virginia plumbing came out and gave us an estimate to remove the water heater and boiler and install a tankless boiler.we are very happy our basement is wide open. The 2 guys who did the work were great.
