I've been thoroughly disappointed with the representation provided by John McDowall. He has stood me up for a phone appointment, is slow to respond to my outreach, and seemingly only follows up on my case after I reach out with questions. I understand that I am a small client for him but if I matter so little to him he shouldn't have accepted my business.
