This guy Sal is amazing! He came over on a Saturday afternoon and let us know that our water heater had died. I figured it would take days to get the thing fixed, since it was 4pm on a Saturday. But Sal said he could squeeze in the job right then and there, called other guys at Albert Nahman to back him up, and did the whole job in about 3-4 hours, just before my kids had to go to bed. I mean, who gets that kind of service on a Saturday night? Sal is the greatest. He's kind, patient, informative, and helpful. Give this man a raise!
