BEWARE. I rented a bounce house from OC Jumper Guy today and spoke to him multiple times this week about possibly cancelling due to rain. He assured me that the bouncer can still be used during the rain since it has a roof. I figured some water may come in through the mesh sides but could still be usable so I took a chance by continuing with my reservation but Enrique never once mentioned to me that there is a HOLE in the roof of the bouncer that is an emergency exit. When I contacted him during the party because the bouncer was filled with water and completely unusable, he claimed he told me about the emergency exit in previous conversations. That was a lie. Why would I rent a bounce house with a hole in the roof when I knew I was going to rain!? We exchanged heated texts (see photos) and he then called me, yelling and was EXTREMELY RUDE saying I should've known this would happen in the rain. How would I know there was a hole if he didn't tell me!? I asked him to rectify the situation and he refused. He also continually hung up on me. I have never been treated this way by any party vendor. I will never use this company again. There are many other bounce house companies out there that treat their customers with respect that deserve your hard-earned money. STAY AWAY FROM OC JUMPER GUY.
