I bought a Digital BTE JOY HP 20 in Nov, 2017, and ,from the beginning had problems getting used to the hearing aid and I couldn't hear well with it. After sending it back a couple of times and emails, it still isn't acceptable. So, I sent the hearing aid back in March, 2018 asking for a complete refund and they refused. I had understood that there was a one year warranty on the aid and if it was not satisfactory, a person could get their money back. Not so. So, now, I'm out of a serviceable hearing aid and almost $800.
Just be careful and make sure you understand how they do things. Oh, and understand that what they say is not necessarily cut in stone (they told me that in an email)
