The customer service with this company has been nothing but top notch. They always return phone calls, follow up on email requests and arrive at scheduled appts. on time or call to let you know when they will be arriving. To me this is key--as we are all are busy and time is money. The technicians are courteous, friendly and seem to know what they are doing.
