Our hotel stay was the best. Our rooms were very clean, the front desk staff were nice, pleasant, very friendly and always handled our needs. I so enjoyed swimming in the pool too, had the entire pool to myself. That was awesome! The front desk's staff that I'd wish to thank for the very pleasant, relaxing and enjoyable stay were, Ms. Lindsey, whom I spoke to on the phone and helped me make our reservations as well checked us personally in when we arrived. And Ms. Brittany, who was also on hand and very nice and took care of us. I asked for several different items once we checked in and they were all done with courtesy a smile and immediately. Ladies, thank you so much from my sister and I, for making our first time in Killeen, Texas a most wonderful and pleasant time. We will be returning and will definitely be staying again, with Holiday Inn Express, in Killeen,Texas. Thanks again, and the breakfast was great and plentiful too.
