Review content:
I love Aspen Dental. Sometimes they have staffing issues and fall seriously behind but that is beyond their control. I have had extended wait times but they're always appropriately apologetic, on the other hand, they're very flexible about scheduling and the occasional missed appointment. The reception staff and appointment makers are cordial and courteous. James, the office manager, is well-trained, professional, and very welcoming.
Dr. Milton, the oral surgeon, and his nurse Kim are kind, gentle and down-to-earth in their approach to the exacting work that they do.
My only suggestion is that Sharon, the dental hygienist, needs more training.
There had been some staff in the past that were less than competent or not appropriately professional but they are now gone. This tells me that there is an on-going effort to improve function and practice.
The office is always clean, organized, and well-lighted.
