I was very pleased with the services and work of Tony Luong, Frank P and Chris Wilson. Tony and Frank were very competent and efficient in completing all the specifications of the proposal ( well written by Chris) They had to work in a cramped, dark crawl space for many hours--a difficult job--to be sure. Both Tony and Chris took the time to carefully explain to me the details of the job. and how it would help make my kitchen warmer. Tony had to install the second vent in a different location and actually this seems better than what was first discussed. Chris came by to see that everything was going well and did I have any concerns, Tony, Frank and Chris have excellent "dealing with people" skills. Tony was cheerful as he worked in my kitchen. They cleaned up well,even swept leaves out of my garage. Chris, Frank and Peter are wonderful gentlemen and excellent workers; I am sure apprentice Joe learned a lot. The price for the job was reasonable, Unique is a great company!
