I had the pleasure of working with Joel Purdham in the sales department - He really went over and above to make sure that I got the car that I wanted.. He will probably attest that I did take up what seemed like a lot of his time.. but you would never know that, he never made me feel rushed or anxious.. My husband even joked with Joel and said "you are really going to have to work for this sale" and because he is not "your average sales person" he smiled and said "that's what I am here for..". And he did work hard!! he had 2 cars brought in from another area Ford/Lincoln dealership for me to test drive and when I decided I wanted a certain color combination (which is rare to expect at a used car dealership) he found the car!! And it is PERFECT ?? On a side note: when I would call into the dealership , he was always available. This experience has restored my faith!! My husband will be coming back to see Joel for a Lincoln MKZ. And my recommendations will hopefully bring him more business! He certainly deserves it!!
