Both Tony Luong and Frank Peterson were very professional and efficient in their work, Tony was cheerful and explained everything to me --why they were installing the new duct in a particular location in my kitchen--and actually that seems to be better than the original idea. they had to work in my dark, cramped crawl space for a long day so this was a very difficult job. They carried out the 6 specifications of the proposal as Chris Wilson had written it . And Chris did come by to make sure I was satisfied with everything. and informed me of what they came upon in that crawl space. Both Tony and Frank are very competent in their jobs and have good dealing with people skills. I am sure the apprentice Joe learned a lot, They were pleasant, did a great job at cleaning up, Even swept some leaves out of my garage. And I feel that the price was very reasonable. I enjoy dealing with the people at Unique--Continue your very good service with very competent employees!
