Sewer backup prompted a call to Forsyth Rooter. Call answered by service desk, and they had a technician call back. He called within the hour and I asked to schedule for the next morning. He promised to call first thing with the schedule, and he followed through with a call at 8 am saying he was coming right out. Very professional service and problem was fixed within 2 hours at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend.
