Called Knight Plumbing when we had no hot water from our tankless.\r
They came over the same day, determined the problem, ordered the part from Noritz, and gave me the option to save a few bucks and pick up the part myself.\r

Ran down, picked up the part, called the office on my way back, and Randy came back out same day and installed the part.....Presto - hot water!\r

These guys are friendly, and know how to get the job done with as little fuss as possible.
