I came here to kindred for a tour about two weeks ago to see if this facilty was a good fit for my sister. The patient Relations Represenative assisted me through the process and assured my family that she would be okay. A couple of days later she was here. The staff is sometimes anti sociable to the family but after addressing the situation I have seen some improvements. I really appreciate the services of the advocate because it allow patients families to explain things from thier perspective. After the very first day of meeting Allesha at Kindred Hospital, the greeting was very warm, We even sat and had lunch together if all of the staff could exemplify the qualities of this young lady, Kindred would improve a lot in customer service.
