A garbage company. don't know about the work, but I do know the service sucked. so I needed a hot water heater replaced, set up a time for them to come and look at it. so they did, late in the afternoon, so I could understand why it had to be the next day to get it fixed, said he would call me in the morning, my wife works nights so I took a day off work the next day in order to facilitate their work and allow my wife rest. as they said he called shortly after 8 and said an emergency came up and he would be out in about 2 hours. so long story short, I waited patiently for him to call back or come out or something. finally I called them at 2. way later than 10 like I was promised. wasn't rude, just wanted to know what was going on. so he preceded to tell me that this emergency had all kinds of problems, but was about done and if he couldn't make it he would give me a call. now patience wearing thing because I'm constantly burning through towels because my water heater is leaking badly. So I got no call back what so ever. so this morning the home warranty company calls C Mac and they say they just want us to pay full and be reimbursed. I can understand they may not take a warranty, but say that up front, and don't have someone take off a day of work without any communication. be careful when using this company, I would not recommend this company.
