Review content:
I am finally DONE with Peninsula!! I have had problems with them for 3 years now. I had a service contract with them but their service technicians have no idea what they're doing. Two years ago, my heater wouldn't start so I called a tech to come out and fix it. Three techs later, they told me that my chimney needed to be cleaned out and that's why the heater wouldn't work. I said " ..." and called a friend of mine that worked for .. heating and air. I told him what the heater was doing and OVER THE PHONE, he said "oh, your relay is bad"!!! He came over and replaced the relay and miraculously we had heat. I then went to cancel my service contract and was told that I had to cancel 30 days prior to my renewal, so they got me for another year of having to have techs that didn't know what they were doing. So this year, they let me run out of oil. I am on auto-delivery, budget billing and had a credit with them for over $1000. So Monday of last week when we ran out of oil, I called ... and they are now my new oil company. Oh and by the way, my husband tried to call them when we ran out of oil and was on hold for 20 minutes!!!
