Review content:
I am currently receiving splint therapy treatments at Samuel's Dental Arts, with Dr. Samuel's. He first made an impressions of my teeth, and from that made a plastic upper guard that I wear at bedtime, in place of my upper retainer. I go in when scheduled for him to see wear I'm biting down the most, and he sands down that area on the guard. The end result is to get my teeth in a comfortable resting place, so that I'm not grinding down my teeth. I feel that it is necessary in my case, and I think it will be a good out come.
