Review content:
Hopefully this is an isolated incident. I've been assigned Cape Fear Valley Home Health & Hospice for Physical & Occupational Therapy in Fayetteville. These folks are the worse and should not be recommended for any patient. I'm having to do all of the coordination for my appointment as they said I need a referral from Medicare after being out of hospital 2 days. Called medicare and they said I do not need a referral. So I call CFVHHH back and told them I didn't need a referral and the lady put me in the computer system immediately. I got released from Hospital on 31 Jan and I can't get home health care assessment until 6 Feb. Basically I'll be out of the hospital a week before the OT will make an assessment. Then I was told once I receive the assessment they will call me the morning of for my Tuesday and Thursday appointment and tell me when they will come. This is so backwards why don't they just give me a scheduled appointment for Tuesday and Thursday instead of waisting a patients time. This procedure is the worst and their service is SUBSTANDARD. If I could rate them a Zero they would get a BIG FAT 0!
