Review content:
I hired Christian Brothers Plumbing, Air Conditioning, and Electrical to fix my toilet and it was a very bad experience. They replaced the flapper, in the back, and then charged me over $200 dollars. It was a very simple replacement of only one piece, and I was shocked that they charged me such an outrageous price. I would never use them again or ever recommend them to others.

Thank you for your feedback, Karin, it's our job to evaluate the situation and lay out all of your options, we provided 4 options for you and you chose this option for the repair for 249.00. In that price you purchased a plumbing service partner plan for 99.88 so your repair was 149.12. I'm sorry if you felt we were overpriced, but the option we gave was our professional assessment, and we did not try and force you into accepting the work. Still, I appreciate you reaching out, and I wish you the best.
