I called because I had a suspicious spot on my face. I was given an appointment time within 7 days of my call and I was impressed that I didn't have to wait weeks. Dr. Iltefat Hamzavi was pleasant and spent time explaining what I had and how he would treat it.
Overall I was very satisfied with the office staff my doctor and the atmosphere of the office.
