Review content:
Took forever to get through the line. The man at the desk told me that my insurance company had not set it up for pre-payment so I had to have insurance. When another guy came out to me he asked if I wanted insurance and I said no I had insurance and only needed the minimum of what I had to pay for. He said "so, you only want the basic plan?". I said yes. They took a credit card and said that I had to call the insurance company to get it all set up. I was frantic to get to work in a freezing rain. The car felt odd. One tire was very low, so I turned around and went back and wasted more time having the tire overinflated this time. I spent more wasted time at work calling the insurance company and calling them back, only to be told that they had already resolved it and forgot to call me back. When I took it back, they charged me for additional insurance. I told them that I hadn't authorized it and they wouldn't do anything because they had briefly described the paperwork and had me sign it next to the car. Don't rent there unless you have time to waste, want an unsafe car and enjoyed being tricked into insurance you don't need.
