I usually never take the time to do reviews. I have been in the mortgage business for over 30 years, and I have personally bought and sold many properties. My words might be direct and not with a lot of fluff, but if you want an experience, even if you understand the process, that gives you every detail, complete professionalism, vast knowledge and experience, from the listing to the close, then Ed is your realtor. His negotiation skills easily made me an extra $250K on my last transaction, and everyone in his complete A-Z staff brings the table the best attitude in some of the toughest parts of the transaction. They completely give you the feeling that to them, this is not just a job, but their passion to make sure everything gets handled the way it should, without any surprises. Its not a wonder to me why Ed and his team are the best in the South Bay, and for anyone reading this review, I encourage you to just make the call before selecting a realtor, you will be glad you did!
