Review content:
I called customer service to schedule a appointment. I asked about fees and was told there is a $59.99 charge to have the tech come out but if there was a charge to fix the problem it would be credited towards it. Finally the tech comes and right away he says there is a $149.99 diagnose fee. Nobody told me anything about that fee. After probably 30mins of going back and forth and calling customer service I agreed to have him do the job which took him maybe 20mins to replace the power box where the noise was coming from. He made it seem he needed to charge the $149.99 fee because he needed to run test on what hp pump I had since I didn't know. He took out his equipment and in 5mins he knew what it should be . Here I'm thinking he is going to have to run back and forth outside find the part and nothing just like that he knew. I don't think it's fair that no one told me of the diagnosis fee and on top to not really do any work. The noise was clearing from the box what else what would you fix or replace. All and all the problem was fixed but it really didn't leave me with a good impression to call them back for future problems.
