I had a great experience with BFP. They met me on site (AJ, Jeff) at the scheduled time, performed a quick assessment and agreed upon a plan of action. On the following day, Jeff and Jeff came in, removed the damaged hot water boiler and oil burner and installed the new boiler and burner, and then proceeded to discover and repair 21 pipe bursts and leaks!
They appeared on time, continued for five days without diversion to another job, worked continuously each day for a total of five days until the job was done. They communicated fully with me, understood my history of the house and took my ideas under advisement, and made it through to completion.
A wonderful experience! - who has ever said that about a contractor in an emergency?
Now, if they could just soften the price tag...
