Chris came out to fix a back-up in basement. He was professional, answered many questions (some about another job we had done by another plumbing co). Nixco waved the emergency fee when they call me back and said a plumber had become available so the honesty was appreciated as I'd already agreed to pay the fee. I'd recommend both Nixco and Chris and plan to use them on my next plumbing job.
