Businiess name:  Lee Glass & Window

Review content:
My contractor used windows from Lee Windows, I contacted them to replace two that had been broken, they said I'd have to pay a trip charge to my town (both ways) I agreed and approved the PO. The workers said they had two other calls to make in town after mine. I called Lee and asked why I was being charged 100% of the trip charge when they were making other calls, they responded that I'd approved the PO and that's what I was required to pay. So one of two things happened 1) the other two customers didn't have to pay a trip charge or 2) Lee charged all three of us a trip charge to our town. Either way it was unethical. Another issue, 3 years after building my house, several of the window seals have failed, Lee response was to tell me to contact the manufacturer, I will be responsible for paying shipping and installation cost. I hate my windows and have been very disappointed in Lee Windows of Stillwater.
