European Closet promises a lifetime guarantee on their materials and workmanship, and I can tell you for a fact that they keep their word. About ten years ago, after I?d gotten plans and quotes from a number of different closet companies, I hired European Closet to install a large walk-in closet, a bedroom closet with sliding mirrored doors, and a complete home office for me with cabinets on three sides up to a 9 ½ foot ceiling. They did a great job. About three years later I asked for some adjustments and modifications on the home office, and they came promptly and did exactly what I asked for at no charge. About six years after that one of the wheels on one of the sliding mirrored doors was getting a little wobbly. European Closet sent two men to replace all the wheels on both mirrored doors to make sure they?d glide easily. No charge for either labor or materials. Just recently I needed some adjustments in the hallway closet, and again they sent men to do what I wanted. Again n
