called the service. Water was spewing and freezing from an outside faucet. I thought it was a burst pipe. An appointment was set up Monday, and Dave himself came out to check out the problem. Luckily, it was just a loose hose connection that slowed water to come out of the faucet. Dave unscrewed the hose and let the excess water drain out of the faucet. I had failed to shut off the water in November (as Dave had advised me to in the past); the hose had become disconnected, and water was pouring out of the faucet. Dave did not charge for this call, which I appreciated very much. You can't go wrong with DB's Plumbing and Drain. They are knowledgeable, capable, and professional.
