?????William Frew the owner of Sunshine Plumbing came to our home to provide an estimate for plumbing the house for gas to accommodate a new cooktop, gas dryer and a gas source out to the backyard for a grill. He was professional and confident. He was the only technician who suggested plumbing straight from the gas meter outside the house, rather than coming in from existing gas lines within the house. He clarified that this would assure us of not maxing out the BTU's needed. We just purchased our home and learned that we have a small boiler-type heating unit called a "Munchkin" that heats the basement. He let us know that this unit is no longer being made and stressed the importance of caring for it well! He said the parts are expensive and the replacement cost is quite significant! He offered a reasonable club membership to Sunshine Plumbing which will reduce the cost of the gas line installation as well as a cost effective service to maintenance not only the Munchkin, but also the other plumbing, heating and air needs of our new home. Thank you Sunshine Plumbing. Now we know why you have such high ratings and integrity awards galore!
