It's just two days after Christmas and the unusually cold nights did the blower motor in. Waking to an odor of burnt electrical components or plastic, we discovered the furnace must have an issue as the house temp had dropped significantly overnight. After a little probing the furnace seemed to operate properly but this was the last gasp. shortly thereafter the blower motor did not respond. With two very young kids in the home a non operational furnace on these frigid days is unacceptable. Having had previous experience with Zack Q at All Temp and his great service, we called them once again. To our surprise Zack was once again assigned the task to help us out. He was prompt, less than two hours from time of our call. The motor replacement work was completed to our satisfaction and a warranty that assures peace of mind. I highly recommend A All Temp for your future needs and will be calling them for my next service need. Thanks Zack for your great service at a time of our need.
