Review content:
One of the worst things to come out of dealing with umbrella companies is the impression that they are dedicated to consumer satisfaction. There is nothing more misleading as a consumer was when I find out that Alliance, Petro, Carroll and Griffith fuel are all the same company stay away from companies that prioritize profits over the consumer's right to know especially when you are unsatisfied because of poor customer service my calls were not returned by the manager at Alliance Fuel, Baltimore and not to mention I was denied a C.O.D fuel delivery from Alliance because my (address) was flagged and put in a negative state by Petro Fuel, none of these suppliers would give me any heating fuel until I satisfied a no fault debt attached to my address. I was fortunate be able to take my business elsewhere and now able to heat my home. It is important to look at how the behaviour of the business affects the audience’s impression of a good or service. I will hopefully never have to do business with these suppliers again
