Hello. Don arrived on time and got right to work after I explained what the problem was. He troubleshot the issue and started checking the wall sockets where he suspected the problem was located. After a few minutes he came back upstairs and told me that I had two bad GFCI outlets. He didn't have replacements in his truck so he went to the store to purchase two more. He came back and had the job done in a matter of minutes. He did a very good job and was very personable, cordial and efficient in his duties. Overall he was here about an hour and twenty minutes or so. I'm glad the the young lady that I spoke with on the phone a week or so earlier called me back after my initial contact. Her follow up helped me out immensely. Thank you for that. She too was very cordial and courteous on the phone. Both of these two young people are good ambassadors for your company. Please thank them both for me. My only concern was the high cost for fixing this fairly simple task.
