This place is run by a bunch of thugs. I needed some parts to install a navigation unit in my car. So, I called them and they said they had the parts in stock. I went to the place to pick up the parts. The sales guy seemed ok. During the transaction he mentioned that they can install the navigation unit in my car for 60.00 including parts. I said cool and made an appointment to come in on Tuesday. I called Monday to confirm the appointment and they said it was all good. So, I arrived on Tuesday after a 17 mile ride in traffic. \r \r I get there and said I had an appointment. No one looked in any book or schedule and they acted like they never knew of the appointment. The one thing I noticed about them at the beginning was they were talking smack to people and seemed emotionally detached. The guy too my keys and asked me where the car was. I told him and he looked at it. He then said, "you'll need a dash kit, harness and antenna kit". He then said, "it will cost you 160.00". I then infor
