I want to really thank everyone who has taken care of me since my arrival. There was some good times and some not so good times but one person who really stood out was the Patient Rep. This young lady really took the time to answer all my questions and made me really feel as if she was working for only me. She has been excellent in everything I have asked. Her personality speaks For itself. Crystal (CNA) and Monica in wound care are superb! I really appreciate how they applied themselves to their job.
