DON'T use this business if Sergio is anyway involved. He will lie to you and won't return calls once he gets your money!
I paid $4800 to Air Systems Inc. for an HVAC system earlier this year. Along the way there were a couple of problems which is not uncommon with putting in a new system. His employees are very nice and probably good guys, but obviously not well trained. The issues that happened are not important but how they handled them is. Sergio always promises to take care of any issues, and he is always nice about it. The problem is once he gets your money, you are not likely to get any more help from him. He won't return calls, and if you happen to catch him answering the phone, he will apologize and promise another day but will never come through. After months of trying to get my system fixed I finally told him that I was going to get another company to help me. He agreed to send me $500 for all my trouble and to use it to pay someone else to fix my unit and end our relationship. Well, that was over 1 month ago so since I guess I won't be getting my $500, I want to tell everyone my experience. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!
