I rated this one star and that's because the product and materials (when they are delivered correctly) are good. Sales staff for the inital project was our only source of information when things went sideways. There is a leadership and comunication problem in this company. Too many projects and no focus on geting one done before starting the other.. Ours is a studion garage.. Still not done 8 months later. Workers show up for a day then are gone for a week,, not enough time to get anything big done.. You are not getting what you pay for ie,, projection dates, correct deliveries, any kind of communication. The day to day guys that work hard are not the issue, its the management team ( if there is one). The workers are spread way too thin working multiple properties at one time not getting any of them done as promised.. We are two months late on a finish date that the president of the company gave to us in writing. Would not recommend unless you have endless time, budget, and ability to oversee every aspect of the project.
