I would give the Albany Monarch Medical Weight Loss a zero if I could. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.
Their appointments are extremely limited, if you are so much as a minute late they will force you to reschedule (meaning you have just wasted 2 or more hours of your life), their food replacements aren't bad tasting but are absurdly over priced.
Then there is the staff. One of them is one of the most condescending, unhelpful, and frankly arrogant people I have come across in years. They WILL blame you - the patient - when they make errors or screw up your appointment.
They couldnt even get my height correct when I first started. Get this.... they're didnt catch it for months! That means every measurement they made was off. They had no real idea what my BMI actually was! Which means they sold me lies for something like 6 months! 2 extra inches added to your height matters!
