We had no heat! Called National Grid and was told I needed a new furnace, so I called Richmond Plumbing and Heating today and they were at my home within an hour of my call which was late on a Friday afternoon. First they said they would be able to install the new furnace early Saturday morning, but then made a call and was able to confirm that the new furnace could be delivered within an hour. They proceeded to take out my 35 year old furnace and promptly install a new within hours of my initial call . The job was done, quickly, professionally and most of all with respect to my home and circumstance. I have a special needs child and they went above and beyond on a Friday evening to ensure we had. I would gladly recommend this company to everyone! Thank you to Joe, Mike, Rob and Dino for being so helpful.
