They never called back when they said they would-I had a pipe burst and my heat may shut off due to this and they never called back after leaving 2 messages. She said that she gave the right phone number to the plumber and he will call within the hour to set something up for the next day. It is now 11 am the next day and still no word! I have called another company.Too bad-my brother builds houses and could use a good plumber-too bad it wasn't them!!
