I've used Kerivan -Lane for about a year and a half, first for oil delivery and plumbing and them for an oil to gas conversion. Everyone I've worked with has been courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I was incredibly impressed with Joe Forde, who did the oil to gas conversion and installed my new boiler and indirect hot water tank. He sets the standard for top-notch customer service and professionalism. He showed up on time, worked 12 hour days to get the job done quickly and was incredibly good at communicating with me about the job. He left his work area neat and organized when he left each evening, and completely cleaned up the job site when the work was done. He gave me his cell number so I could reach him directly with any issues and to coordinate the gas hook up with the gas company. He was incredibly responsive when I needed to reach him in off hours. This was hands down the best experience I've had with any plumber in 15+ years of home ownership. I would definitely work with both Joe and Kerivan- Lane again and refer my friends and family.
