The best advice I can give you.. Stay away! I brought my cat here because she was having difficulty walking. The ER vet was cold but thorough. She told me my cat had developed diabetes and would need to stay the night. The following morning the same ER vet called me. She let me know that unfortunately, one of the veterinary technicians had overdosed my cat with too much of an antibiotic. My cat had begun to have seizures. She told me that my cat needed to be flushed with an IV to get the medication out her body. She also informed me that they did not know what was going to happen and that they were currently researching the side effects and how to proceed. She said my cat was not eating and was not doing well. Thankfully, when I went to see my cat she was doing much better. She was alert and responsive. The veterinarian came to speak to me and let me know that one of the side effects of the antibiotic was that my cat may go blind. He told me the hospital would be sending my cat to an eye specialist in the following weeks. He also told me that they would be keeping my cat and extra night, free of charge to continue to monitor her. After bringing my cat home, I emailed the director, Katherine Warren and tried to work out the details of the eye appointment. Ms. Warren was extremely hard to get in touch with. At one point she even sent me an email at midnight before turning her email onto vacation mode for the next week. She ignored my emails multiple times until the eye doctor gave my cat the all clear. Not even half an hour later she sent me a bill for the entire hospital stay, including the night that was complimentary. When I spoke to her about the issue she took off discounts and left me with a large bill that was still four times the original high end estimate. When I asked her for an itemized bill so I could see what the remaining charges were she ignored my emails. Four months later I am getting collection threats and have gotten nowhere with getting an itemized bill.
