I thought Taylor Heating & A/C did a good job - their tech was very detailed and explained everything to me, which I appreciated. In addition, he noticed some areas that weren't done very well by a previous company and fixed those.
I also hired them to clean my ducts, they have a sub-company do that, with whom, I was very disappointed with. No Fault to Taylor, but the company they sub-contract the work out to, in my opinion, was very unprofessional!
I will use Taylor for my upcoming generator instal and AC instal, but I will not use their sub-contractor ever!
As a company, their solid, and I highly recommend them and the work they do.
