Review content:
We were discussing water heater options with a service technician at our home. After about a half hour, Brian Beltz, owner, all of a sudden showed-up. He immediately proceeded to take over the presentation, using a high-pressure sales pitch. All of his options were extremely overpriced. To add to the ruse, we could purchase a "membership" for ten dollars a month that would give us an annual inspection of a few systems and a token discount on an already inflated price. We reluctantly agreed to an expensive option through his slick manipulation. Any other contractor could probably have installed the water heater for half the price. The tankless water heater is a substandard, shoddy product. The installers get a five-star rating as they were professional and cleaned-up after the job was completed. In hindsight, I believe that we were cleverly conned and now regret doing business with Beltz Home Service Company. I could not in good conscience recommend them as questionable, unethical business practices came to light with this transaction. DON'T GET CHEATED BY BELTZ HOME SERVICE COMPANY!! AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!
