Review content:
Called Unique Design Home Theatre to remove my Home Theatre system installed by Nebraska Furniture with great care and Finesse. Joseph, Owner and Technician showed up to perform the work. He came into my house and started performing the work, I noticed that he was in a such a rush to be somewhere, that instead of asking for a step stool to un-mount the overhead projector, he decided to stand on my $1000 Jamo Bass box at which point I had to tell him not to do that. Anyway he was done remove all 7.1 speakers and a overhead projector in under 30 minutes. I paid him $80, the next day as I was packing my equipment, I realized that when removing the speakers he broke all of the built in anchors on my $500/each Polk Audio speakers. I reached out to him to have him addresa the issue, instead I received a nasty and racist text that the installers broke the anchors and that people of my decent are too cheap for him anyway. I would highly recommend not to use him for any type of home theatre work.
